Roger is a seasoned professional in restructuring troubled companies, as the Director of the Workout and Restructuring Group at Special Services (with offices in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Illinois). Roger leads and directs the efforts of complex capital raising strategies, debt restructuring solutions, and turnaround plans for companies across the United States and Canada.  Roger’s 25-year results-driven track record in handling negotiations with distressed companies has placed him as a “preferred advisor” to three of the nation’s leading management turnaround companies.  That reputation has been fostered by Roger’s lifetime commitment as an advisor to distressed companies in both a lending origination capacity and as an advocate.  Roger’s goal has always been to build solutions that enable a company to continue ongoing operations and work within existing cash flow to service obligations while determining how to best raise new working capital for growth.

In addition to Roger’s primary role in turnaround management, and managing debt restructuring initiatives, he has been designated as a business financial advisor to one of the nation’s prominent bankruptcy law firms (headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) to help build practical and economical alternative solutions for their clients.  As a member of the TMA International (Turnaround Management Association) and a member of CIRA, Association for Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, Roger actively participates in training turnaround professionals nationwide and is frequently called to assist and guide strategies for privately held companies in the small to middle market with annual revenues from $1 million to $80 million in revenue.
