Represented a national manufacturer and retailer of high end mulch to residential, commercial and government customers in preparing the company for sale, locating a buyer and effectuating the the disposition of assets. The company first needed to get its "house in order" as it had failed over the years to observe good corporate formalities and lacked some documentation in terms of ownership of equipment and ability of the present owners to execute legal documents on behalf of the company. Ultimately Special Services prepared a "book", they solicited buyers, and found a buyer for the business that not only promptly closed on the deal, they provided jobs for the outgoing owners post-closing.
